I promised Lars a few more photos of Arwen and here they are. I will post more later this week when I run her off the drive for some maintenance work.
Lars, hope this helps but remember i can't say that I have all this right

Heading back towards the Cattedown across the front of Plymouth Hoe
The snotter lower end arrangement. Note to self - must sort out the frayed edges
an overview of on board chaos
top end of snotter; and the rope that lashes top yard to mast
bottom tack arrangement
from left to right: bungie cord and clip to forward end of the sprit boom
Main halyard through deck to haul up the top boom
halyard closest to us: sheet for jib
the four holes in deck were where I originally ran the downhaul but I could never get sufficient tension on it
rear of sprit boom. the block needs replacing; originally I had it as another turn of rope running through the bottom sheave but it didn't work well in light winds.
bottom end of the main sheet rearranged so that it is now a simpler purchase
also visible are the tiller uphaul/downhaul and the rear mizzen sprit boom arrangement
the tiller tamer adapted from the dinghy cruising association site
the mizzen sheet
the sisal rope through 'the hole' is temporary; it is the loose end of the lazy jack and I tie it off as above when the sail is dropped and flaked onto the boom
I don't even know where to start on this one
the aft end showing the reefing system on the sprit boom
forward end of the sprit boom showing the reefing ends
also in the picture is the downhaul tackle
interior shot showing centreboard uphaul and downhaul; also the centrecase top board with jib sheet eyes for when I am single handed
Lars, hope this helps but remember i can't say that I have all this right
